CDs

I have been asked many times if I can provide a CD for home listening. The answer is Yes and No! I can, and frequently do, make CDs for home use as part of the treatment but these are not 'off the shelf'. Rather they are individually made for each client, using the client's name and focussing on their own issues, using some of the strategies from the session(s). I do not provide CDs which are generic, designed to be a 'one size fits all' as I simply do not believe that they work. Beware of websites offering this sort of thing as suitable for anyone to use without the support of a 'one to one' contact with a qualified therapist.
