Payments by cheques

 My bank has informed me that by June my debit card will no longer guarantee payement of cheques. I understand that other banks are also following this policy. I am unhappy about this and have written to the bank to complain, but expect to achieve absolutely nothing by this! This banking policy will affect my ability to accept cheques as payment, but I can assure everyone that I will continue to take them for as long as I can. Watch this space!
