Requests for CDs

I have been asked to supply clients with CDs. This is certainly a service I provide, but not as an alternative to a session. The CDs I make for clients are based upon the pre-session discussion and the exact nature of what I say to an indidvidual as we work together, related specifically to their needs. I do not provide generalised CDs to listen to as I do not believe that they are sufficiently effective to warrant a charge. Any CD that I supply will be as a part of therapeutic treatment and not instead of it. Sorry for this but generalised recordings, I'm afraid, do not in my view provide good value for money and therefore fall short of my professional standards. However, they are available from some therapists and are widely available over the internet if you decide to try this approach.
